SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the payment process, before you finalize your purchase. HORTENSE DRUART cannot be held responsible for actions, fees, taxes (which are the responsibility of the customer), or any potential delays caused by customs services over which it has no influence.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing all the information related to your order. You will also have access to a tracking link. If, after one week from the date of purchase, you have not received the tracking link, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. In the event that the product is no longer available, HORTENSE DRUART will promptly contact you to offer either an equivalent product in terms of functionality, quality, and price or a refund.
DELIVERY TIME
After order confirmation and payment, our orders are shipped from Switzerland within seven business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded), subject to stock availability. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. The delivery time then depends on the carrier and the destination country. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is shipped. It is possible that your items may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. However, please note that delivery dates are estimates only, not guaranteed, and cannot be subject to claims against us. Exceeding the estimated delivery date does not entitle you to order cancellation, price reduction, or damages.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
If your order is shipped outside of Switzerland, it may be held in customs for one to several days. In such cases, the carrier will deliver the order upon receipt of payment for customs duties and taxes required by the destination country. Please monitor the tracking of your order and do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance. It is important to provide a phone number during payment so that the carrier has the necessary information for delivery.
SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the conformity of the products delivered at the time of delivery before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Any discrepancies regarding the delivery (damaged product, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery receipt in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature. This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as you or a person of your choice signs the delivery receipt. No claims regarding the condition of the delivered parcels will be accepted if reservations were not made at the time of delivery. In the event of reservations, please also report them to the carrier within 3 business days from the receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this notification to HORTENSE DRUART. If you are not available to receive your order, please contact the carrier using the provided tracking link to arrange for a new delivery.
